Blind Tiger is inspired by the Prohibition era, when people gathered in secret speakeasies to enjoy banned drinks. Rebecca Styn, founder of Erie’s Room 33 Speakeasy, created a sophisticated cocktail experience with or without alcohol.
During the 2020 pandemic, the team crafted a high-quality alcohol-free cocktail to-go, launching Blind Tiger — a luxury drink that captures classic flavors without the alcohol. Named after hidden speakeasies, Blind Tiger offers natural, alcohol-free options perfect for any occasion.
