ABOUT ART'S BAKERY:

Art's Bakery has been a beloved staple in Erie since 1950, offering a wide variety of baked goods, deli items, and groceries. Under new ownership, the bakery is excited to continue providing the same delicious treats and friendly service that customers have come to know and love. With a second location set to open this spring, Art's Bakery is committed to expanding its reach while maintaining its commitment to quality and tradition.

WHAT AKPR DOES:

We provide ongoing marketing support for Art's Bakery, including media relations, community engagement, internal communications, consumer relations, and social media strategy and execution. We developed a comprehensive social media schedule with compelling graphics and trained staff on new protocols, gaining 2,000 new followers within the first two months. We also designed a new website that clearly communicates the brand, allows online orders, and launches a loyalty program. Additionally, we serve as general marketing consultants, creating marketing elements as needed.
Through our partnership, Art's Bakery revamped its image by blending tradition with a modern touch, established a consistent social media presence to boost engagement, and introduced product stickers and labels as part of the rebranding. Our efforts helped Art's Bakery win "Best Bakery" in the Erie Choice Awards.
