They manage daily operations for all properties under The Blue Group, handling tasks like lease administration, budgeting, tenant relations, vendor contracts, and maintenance including landscaping, snow removal, and structural upkeep.

AKPR provides ongoing marketing support designed to strengthen the organization’s brand, expand its digital presence, and support its evolving communication needs. Our work includes social media management, content creation, public relations, graphic design, and strategic marketing support throughout the year.

AKPR manages the organization’s Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram accounts, developing and executing a social media strategy focused on increasing brand awareness, engagement, and connection with key audiences. Our team oversees the content process from planning through publication, helping maintain an active, consistent, and engaging presence across all three platforms.

Content creation includes developing social media concepts, capturing photo and video content, producing reels, and editing visual assets for digital use. We create content that showcases the organization’s work, communicates key messages, and provides opportunities to connect with its audience.
