Elevate Consulting Services is a grant writing and nonprofit consulting firm based in Erie, Pennsylvania, dedicated to helping community organizations secure the funding they need to grow. Founded by Shannon Onderko, Elevate specializes in crafting compelling proposals, developing funding strategies, and providing compliance support to ensure long-term sustainability. The firm also extends its impact through the Rooted and Rising Podcast, which amplifies the voices of local nonprofit leaders and fosters collaboration across the region.

WHAT AKPR DOES:

AKPR provides ongoing marketing support for Elevate Consulting, helping the organization strengthen its brand, expand its digital presence, and position itself as a trusted resource for nonprofits and mission-driven organizations. Our partnership combines strategic marketing guidance with consistent content creation, social media management, and promotional support.

Each month, AKPR manages Elevate Consulting’s social media presence, developing strategy, creating content, and designing graphics that communicate the organization’s expertise, services, and impact. Our work helps maintain a consistent brand presence while creating opportunities to educate and engage Elevate’s audience across social media and LinkedIn.

AKPR also supports Elevate Consulting’s podcast by helping identify and secure relevant guests who can contribute valuable perspectives to conversations around nonprofit leadership, funding and organizational growth. We promote podcast episodes across Elevate’s marketing channels, developing supporting content that extends the reach of each conversation and reinforces Elevate’s thought leadership.

Our ongoing work builds on the comprehensive marketing strategy and brand refresh AKPR develops for Elevate Consulting. This foundational work includes a cohesive visual identity as well as a website audit and redesign strategy focused on strengthening messaging, navigation, and visual consistency.
