ABOUT FIVE IRON GOLF:
Five Iron Golf is an indoor venue where golfers can maintain their skills year-round using state-of-the-art simulators. They provide a variety of activities, including tournaments, leagues, clinics, and lessons. While it is a franchise, Erie boasts its own unique location.
WHAT AKPR DID:
AKPR partnered with Five Iron Golf to create a marketing strategy tailored for the Erie market. While they have a corporate marketing team, Five Iron aimed to develop events, media content, and promotions that resonate with the local consumers in Erie.
AKPR developed a comprehensive marketing plan that covered all aspects necessary for marketing tactics and promotions for the 2024 season. Additionally, AKPR established a detailed implementation system for events and promotions for internal staff in executing all marketing initiatives. I also helped establish a roadmap for the business's first year in terms of marketing.
